1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days (depending on location).
  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.
  • International orders (if applicable) may take 15–30 business days, depending on customs and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain purchase value (announced on the website).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • Customers can track their orders directly through the courier partner’s website or via theARPRA’s support.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the provided address.
  • If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for such cases.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • theARPRA is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Courier company operational issues
    • Weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities
    • Customs clearance delays (for international shipments)
  • However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.

7. Risk of Loss / Damage

  • theARPRA ensures all products are quality-checked and securely packed before shipping.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.
  • If the package is received in a tampered or damaged condition, customers must:
    • Refuse delivery OR
    • Immediately report the issue with photos to thearpra@gmail.com within 24 hours.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination country’s customs clearance.
  • Returns/refunds for international orders are currently not supported unless the product is defective or wrong.
