1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products eligible for return will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Non-eligible items include innerwear, swimwear, custom-made pieces, and items bought during sale or clearance.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping, COD, or handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the stated period, please reach out to our support team.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size/product is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund as per your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and swimwear
  • Customized or tailored products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

7. Shipping of Returns

  • In most cases, we arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us, and shipping charges will be reimbursed in case of defective/incorrect items.
